New Year’s Review and Resolutions

It’s hard to believe we are at the end of a decade and moving into a new one! 2020- I remember as a kid how far into the future that seemed and here we are!!

It’s a great time to reflect and think about all the good and the bad- what we hope to continue and what we hope to improve. I’m planning to have my kids write down a few things about what they want in their futures.

I’ve developed a pretty great planner and method, I like to use for my daily, weekly and monthly goals and tasks. But it’s always a good idea to have some more long term goals to look forward to and to push ourselves towards.

I’ve made some worksheets that we will be filling out this week.

Here are some questions to think about and write out the answers on a paper or go to this link for the PDF’s you can print.

Lifelong commitments and priorities- What is the most important to you?  Who do you want to have come to your funeral?  What kind of a legacy do you want to leave to your family and the world?  What do you want to be known for?

Wouldn’t it be great if….

Write down your dreams and goals,- have fun!

10 Year Goals – What do you hope to accomplish in the next 10 years – Where do you want to be? What do you want to be doing? What does your family look like?

5 Year Goals – What do you hope to accomplish in the next 5 years – Where do you want to be? What do you want to be doing? What does your family look like?

18 Month Goals – What do you hope to accomplish in the next 18 months? Where do you want to be? What do you want to be doing? What does your family look like?

12 Month Goals – What do you hope to accomplish in the next 12 months? Where do you want to be? What do you want to be doing? What does your family look like?
