What I’m Learning About Migraines, Hormones, and Giving Myself Grace – Messy but Meaning podcast Season 3 episode 2

Migraines have been one of those things that have forced me to slow down and pay attention to my body.

In this episode, I talk about my experience with hormonal migraines, perimenopause, travel, stress, and the ways my body seems to ask for more rest and support than it used to.

I also share some of the things that have helped me, like hydration, minerals, rest, time outside, and giving myself more grace instead of trying to push through everything.

This is not a perfect “how to fix migraines” episode. It is more of an honest conversation about learning to listen to your body, notice patterns, and support yourself gently in a season where things can feel unpredictable.

If you struggle with migraines, hormone shifts, or feeling frustrated with your body, I hope this episode helps you feel less alone.
