So this is a project that I started about 6 months ago!!
I started getting more migraines about 10 years ago. About 3-4 years ago I figured out that they were occurring mostly around my cycle. Since then I have been experimenting with a variety of natural remedies and modalities. I can happily say that I have been able to manage my migraines for the most part.
Migraines will still slip through every once in awhile, but it is usually because I’m not paying attention and taking the supplements I need. And now instead of the migraine lasting 2-3 days, they will just last about 1/2 day and not be so debilitatingly painful! Sometimes it will just be a regular headache or some extra fatigue. And I’m still learning- so much to learn in perimenopause-lol!
This book contains pretty much everything I have learned and tried in dealing with this ailment. It is a multi faceted ailment, and different for everyone. The aim of this book is to share what I’ve learned so that others dealing with this ailment can get to a healthy place as well- and without the side effects of pharma which may or may not even work on migraines anyway!!
Please share with anyone who could benefit from this- I have recorded a podcast episode on it which will be coming out soon along with season 3 of my podcast which will be a new direction. I’ll also start running ads eventually, so any feedback is great- although this really is my best and I’m not sure when I’ll be able to perfect it. Done is better than perfect anyway-right?!.
I have put everything online business related on hold since about November, and I have learned and grown a lot since then. And I am ready to come back, though who knows how much or for how long cause life keeps happening!
