Have you ever noticed that some weeks you feel patient, productive, motivated, and like yourself… and then other weeks everything feels harder?
For a long time, I thought I was just inconsistent. But I’m learning that our bodies have rhythms, and understanding those rhythms can make a big difference.
In this short episode, I share what I’m learning about the menstrual cycle, hormones, and perimenopause. I talk about how the first half of the cycle can often feel more energetic and productive, while the second half may bring more sensitivity, tiredness, cravings, or the need for more rest and nourishment.
I’m not an expert, but this has helped me give myself more grace instead of expecting the same energy, patience, and productivity every single day.
In this episode, I talk about:
- why some weeks feel easier than others
- how your cycle may affect energy, mood, cravings, and motivation
- why perimenopause can make those shifts feel stronger
- simple ways to work with your body instead of fighting it
If you’ve ever felt lazy, inconsistent, or frustrated with yourself, I hope this episode helps you see your body with a little more compassion.
Your body may not be betraying you.
It may just be asking you to listen.
