Fear can feel so loud sometimes.
It can show up in our thoughts, our bodies, our parenting, our relationships, our health, our future, and all the things we cannot control. And when we are tired or overwhelmed, fear can start to feel more real than faith.
In this episode, I talk about learning to replace fear with faith in small, practical ways. I share some of the ideas and examples that have helped me remember that faith is not pretending everything is easy. It is choosing to trust God, even when life feels uncertain.
This episode is a gentle reminder that we do not have to let fear lead our lives. We can notice it, bring it to God, and practice turning our thoughts toward truth, hope, prayer, and trust.
In this episode, I talk about:
- why fear can feel so powerful
- how faith helps us move forward even when we feel uncertain
- learning to say no to fear-based thoughts
- choosing trust instead of spiraling
- remembering that God is still present in messy seasons
If you have been feeling anxious, discouraged, or unsure about the future, I hope this episode helps you feel a little more grounded and a little less alone.
Fear may be loud, but faith can be practiced.
And even small acts of trust can help us begin again.
