Sourdough doesn’t have to be fussy. Or perfect. Or planned days in advance.

It has taken me some time, some baked bricks and some perfect loaves, but I finally have an easy go to recipe/process that is easy to maintain and gives me predictable results for an excellent sandwich loaf that my family enjoys every week!

In this episode I talk about the starter, discard recipes and how I got to the perfect loaf of 100% whole organic spelt!!

Below is the recipe I started with for getting a feel of how the dough should be.
